Consultant/Architect Firms duly registered with Income Tax Depanment who are on active Tax Payers list of the
Federal Board of Revenue also registered with PCATP and PEC for Hiring of consultancy services i.e feasibility
study, planning and designing, all Engineering drawings, BOQs etc for Constructionof Commercial Project at
Old Wagon Stand situated at Basti Chowk (measuring 4.42 Kanal) Lala Rukh Wah Cantt as to reach the
undersigned on before 26/0612024 at 11:00AM. Financial proposals will be opened on 2610612024 at 11:30 AM
in the presence of Consultants/Architects or their Authorized Reps.
Following documents must be attached with the application,
a. Compam/s Profile including CINCis.
b. Valid Certificate of registration wifr PCATP an
c. List of Permanent Staffi

d. List of Equipment, Tools and IT gadgetrie$"
e. List of projects completed during the IaÅtO$ears (TP, Architecture, Infrastructure).
f. List of projects presently in-hand.
g. To submit financial stability certifiqåVejssued by the concemed bank.

i. Affidavit that the firm is listed by any public or private firm ever.
