Bidding will be out by adopting "Single StageSingle Envelope procedure as per
Clause-36(a) of Public Procurement Rule-2014
The bid shall be a single package consisting of one envelope, containing the financial.
The envelope shall be marked as "Financial Proposal"
Ministry of Foreign Affairs will open the financial bids onl ofthéPre-qualified Firms.
The bidders shall bid for complete scope of work s c• ed in BOQs. Incomplete bids or bids covering
partial scope ofwork will be rejected.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid securijyip shape of irrevocable bank guarantee or CDR of the
amount specified in the bidding documents issued Ministry of ForeignAffairs.
Pre-bid meeting will be held on 13 June 20249t 1100 Hours in Conference Room, 3rd floor, Agha Shahi
Block, Ministry of ForeignAffairs, Islamabad,

e. Detail oflitiga!ldnånd arbitration cases, ifany, in which the contractor/firm has been involved.
f. Evidence ocregistration with Income Tax Department.
g. Affidavit-that firm is not black listed/ disqualified by any Government, Semi-Government or any
autonomous Department.
This Tender Notice is also available on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) as well as EPADS. All Pre-qualified
firms are directed to quote their rates on online portal EPADS as well as original bid/rates must be submitted in
hard form in the office of undersigned by the bidders or through their legally authorized representatives only.
Application marked "Financial Proposals" Repairing and Renovation Works at Protocol Division, Agha
Shahi Block of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Islamabad should reach undersigned on or before
25 June 2024 at 1200 hrs. Financial Proposals shall be opened on same day at 1230 hrs.
