TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited in separate envelops for the procurement/
auction of the following jobs for the year 2024-2025 from those firms /
parties who are on active pay roll of FBR, on the basis of single stage
single envelop. All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, established under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Finance Act 2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No.XXl of 2013), for works,
consulting and non-consulting services as listed in Schedule-II of the
Act ibid. Tenders should reach to this office alongwith call deposit
mentioned against each job on or before 27/06/2024 at (11-AM) through
postal/courier services and will be opened on the same day at 11.30-
AM by the Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives if desired to participate. No tender will be
accepted delivered byhand.The rates approved will be valid upto
30/06/2025 as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids received later than the
prescribed date, time & venue shall be rejected as per KPPRA
Procurement Rules 2014.
The list with specifications can be obtained from store section before
closing date/time on any working day in working hours. Govt taxes will
be deducted as per prescribed rates. The purchase committee has the
authority to accept or reject bid at any stage of process by assigning
reason under Rule 47 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement
Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
