INVITATION TO BID
TENDER NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT OF
FURNITURE IT EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY,
ETC. FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF MODEL E-
REGISTRATION CENTER
Sealed Bids are invited from firms / sole proprietors /
companies registered with income tax and sales tax department
for 'iProcurement of Furniture, IT Equipment's & Machinery"
etc. for establishment of Model E- Registration Center at
Gujranwala. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further
information from this office from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Eligible
Bidders may get the Bidding Document with detailed
specification after submission of a written application alongwith
CNIC from this office on payment of tender Fee Rs. 5,000/- in
cash (non-refundable) after the publication of this tender. A
tender notice is also available for information and could be
downloaded from the website of www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
2. The Single Stage (Two Envelope) bidding procedure shall be
applied. No tender will be issued after June 21, 2024 after office
time. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before
11:00 am June 24, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. The bids
shall be opened on the same date June 24, 2024 at 02:30 PM in
the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives
who choose to attend the addre"s below. All Bids must be
accompanied by a Bid Security 000/0 (within the limit of 5% as
ended till date) of Estimated
per rule 27 PPRA Rules 2014
Cost in the form of CDR / yankGuarantee / Demand Draft / Pay
order in favor of DEPUty(COMMlSSlONER, GUJRANWALA as
well as samples / r Chure of said items as per bidding
document alongw• e Technical Bid, without this, the offer
shall be rejecte eing non-responsive. District Administration
Gujranwala wil not be responsible for any cost of expense
incurred by B ders about the preparation or delivery of Bids. In
case of offiåal holiday on the day of submission, next day will
be treated as closing date.
NOTE: All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving,
opening and awarding etc. shall be governed under the Punjab
Procurement Rules 2014. In case of any conflict between
Bidding Documents and PPRA Rules 2014, the rules shall prevail.
