Each Bjd/Tender shall be a single packa
consisting of two separate envelopes, contajr{in
separately the Technical and Financial pro qsal as
the procedure laid down in Rule 38 (a)(i f PPRA
Rules 20i4
A bank call deposit /security worth
% of the
cost of bid value (refundable) sho p deposited
if Judge (Civil
in favour of the Worthy Senior
Division), Mlanwali and nonexemption of call
deposit is available for any @sUpplier.
Bid/tender completed II respects should
reach the office of undersigned through majl uptill
22.06-2024 at 09:00 AM. The tenders received late
will not be accepte tertajned. The bids/tenders
will be opened ill esence of concerned firms/
suppliers reprq@lhtattves (if present) jn the office of
the undersigned on the same day on 10:00 A.M.
The successful firmtcandjdate will deposit
additional 10% petformance guarantee and
0.25% stamp duty of the total amount of supply/
work order at the time of receiving the work/supply
order in the name of Worthy Senior Civil Judge
(Civil Division) Mianwali through C.D.Rs which will
be refunded after one year. No work/supply order
will be issued without receiving the performance
guarantee/security.
The Income Tax/Sales Tax Registration Certificate
ot the firm should be attached with the tender.
All kinds of levies/taxes will be included in the
offered price and other expenditure such as

(Freight Charges, Delivery Charges etc.) are also
assumed to be included in the offered price.
Selected firm/supplier will be bound to provide
the items jn the office of undersigned within 15
days after issuance of supply order, otherwise the
security call deposit will be confiscated and the
firm will be blacklisted
If any item provided by the firm does not match
with the standard specifications and conditions, the
fjrm/suppljer wlll be bound to provide jt according
to the standard specifications and conditions.
Bidding/tender documents/specimens of the items
can be obtained from office ot the undersigned on
a payment of Rs.500 each against every head
from "A" to "E" (non-refundable).
The entire procurements shall be governed under
prevailing PPHA Rules 2014.
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Mjanwali
(Authority) reserves the right to enhance or reduce
the quantity of items according to his budget.
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Mainwali
(Authority) reserves the right to reject all bids
under PPRA Rules 2014.
