The tenderfee Rs. 5000/-1- in the form of green Challan duly verified
by the Project Director to be deposited in NBP City Branch Quetta
under Head of Account 027025-02 PHE Revenue Receipt. The
procurement will be under with the provision of Balochistan
Public Procurement Regulator Authority Rules 2014. ELIGIBILITY:
(1) The Contractor/Firm or authorized agents/dealers must have
valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-2,
with relevant code i.e ME06, CE09t CEO, EEII and BCOI. (2)
Registration with tax authorities' i.e (N TN, Sales Tax Department)
BRA registration (3) The Contractor must have submitted ISO-
9001 :2015 quality management, ISO 46001 :2019 water efficiency
and ISO 45001:2018 health and safety Certificates (4) Experience
i.e One assignment of Similar nature experience i.e Installation of
U.F , R.O Water filtration plants upto cost of Rs. 200.00 million in any
Government ( Private sector, (Completion certificate or inspection
reports, work orders of similar nature assignments must be
provided), (5) Audit Repons by the authorized charted accountant/
firm from last 3 years must be attached with idDocuments. (6) Turn
overofatleastRs. 691.89 million in2 sub q ent previous years. (7)
Credit Line Certificate Rs. 500.00 reputed bank must be
attached. (8) Submit Black Listin Ét90f on dully attested stamp
paper. (9) In case of JV, agreem Von dully attested stamp paper
