NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tenders on item rates basis, are hereby invited from the PEC registered firms in
category C-4 and having code ME-03 on single stage single envelope comprising
separate technical and financial proposal as per PPRA rule 36(a). Tender documents can
be purchased upon written request from the office of undersigned up to 21 /06/2024 at the
cost of Rs. 10,000/- and will be received on 24/06/2024 upto 02:00 P.M. and will be
opened at 02:30 P.M on the same day. Fixed bid security i.e. call deposit or irrecoverable
bank guarantee of Rs. shall be provided with the bid otherwise it shall be
treated as non-responsive. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject all bid
or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid / proposal as per PPRA rule 33(1).
Financial proposal shall comprise documents given in eligibility criteria of tender
documents in 1B 26.2(a). Evaluation committee will determine responsiveness of each
technical bid.
The financial bid of only respony!ye bidders will be considered and announced as per
eligibility criteria. Financial prop_6sal shall comprise of tender documents with filled item
rate in "schedule of prices" "schedule of work". Firms are not allowed to quote their
rate other than specified a blank financial proposal shall be declared non-responsive
