TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on item rates / percentages above or below on approved estimated (DNIT) amount are
hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the contractors / firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering
Council (PEC) for the cu financial year 2023-24 in the relevant category C-6 or above in accordance with
PPRA Rules 2014 (with upto date amendments) Valid Registration of applicant (Company / Firm ) with PEC in
relevant category or above having specialized codes such as CEI O etc depending upon the type of project.
Tender documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation of bids in the newspaper from any
of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied attested copy of PEC license, identity card of
contractor / managing partner / director of the firm along with registered power of attorney and payment of
prescribe tender fee in the form of CDR only from any scheduled bank.
i) Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore.
ii) Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 02, Lahore.
iii) Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore Division, Lahore.
iv) Executive Engineer, 6th Buildings Division Lahore.
v) Assistant Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore,
Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per
general directions given in the tender document. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable.
Tenders will also be received in the offices of Chief Engineer, Punjab Buildings Department (Central Zone),
Lahore and Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore on 22-06-2024 at I I A.M and will be opened at 11:30 A.M
by the respective Tender Opening Committees at the above venues in presence of intending contractors or their
representatives & who opt to be present.
Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied earnest money @2% of the estimated cost in shape of
CDR of any scheduled Bank in the name of ExecutiVÖEngineer, 6th Buildings Division, Lahore and attested
copies of registered partnership deed and power ofa orney in case of firms will not be entertained.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or propo a t any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as
per PPRA rules.
