Kalabagh Headworks Division Daudkhel Tender Notice for ****** Result for Image/Page 1 ****** NOTICE FOR INVITATION OF AUCTION BIDS FOR COLLECTION OF TOLL TAX AT JINNAH BARRAGE DISTRICT MIANWALI FOR THE YEAR 2024.25 Sealed bids/ tenders for the award of contract for Toll Collection Rights at Jinhah Barrage in Kalabagh Headworks Division, Daudkhel for a period of 365-days commencing from 01-07-2024 to 30-05-2025 for the year 2024-25 will be received in the Office of Executive Engineer, Kalabagh Headworks Division Daudkhel. The Committee headed by Superintending Engineer, Thal Canal Circle, Mianwali will open the tenders in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may care to be present as per schedule given below. The reserve price has been approved as Rs. 40.506 Million for the period from Oi -07-2024 to 30-06-2025 The persons / firms / company who intend to participate in bidding process will have to furnish earnest money in shape of deposit at call drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Kalabagh Headworks Division, Daudkhel from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan with the bidding documents, failing which the bidding documents will not be entertained. The deposit at call will be got verified from the concerned Bank. The bidding documents will be issued after getting the attested copy of specimen signature of bidder and power of attorney in case of firm. The cost of bidding documents is Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in cash which is non-refundable. Possession for Rights of Collection of Toll Tax at Jinnah Barrage to the successful bidder will be handed over after approval from Competent Authority and depositing of Instalment. The Rights of Collection of Toll Tax by the contractor will expire on 30-06-2025 at 2400 hours at the latest, if contract is not rescinded earlier on violation of the Contract Agreement and conditions laid down in this notice In case of notification of any Local Holiday in District Mianwali on any date given above, the schedule of sale / receipt / opening of tenders shall stand unchanged. The bidder shall sign each and every page of the bidding documents and shall be bound in all respects to the conditions laid down therein. The bid amount will be the net amount payable bfthe successful bidder to the Government in i2-equal monthly instalments in advance. In case of payment of instalment within due date, the action will be taken under Clause 22(b) of the Contract..*All expenses for the provision, operation and maintenance of all facilities including utility bills mention r{ttqe bid documents will be borne by the successful bidder and no deduction from the bid amount will be a ible. The successful bidder II not be entitled to any compensation for any loss in toll income in any circumstances nor sha 'jaim for relief on account of any reason thereof. The successful biddÅr will also pay all types of taxes/ duties levied by the Government from time to time along with month Stalment. It will be in addition to the monthly instalment calculated on the basis of bid. In case Government enhances the rate of Toll Tax above, the rate already notified the reserve price / bid price shall increase with the same percentage. The successful bidder will be bound after approval to deposit each instalment on the 1st working day of each calendar month in shape of cashe In case of violationi contract clause-22(a) will be applicable. Instalment in shape of cheque is not acceptable. The categories of vehicles mentioned in the contract agreement and notified by the Government shall be exempted from payment ot Toll Tax.
