REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is a leading Power
Distribution Company endeavoring to provide uninterrupted electric
supply serttces to more than 3.7 million valued consumers with 13200
(Approx.) highly motivated technical/non-technical employees having
diverse experience.
IESCO intends to hire the services for IESCO Internal Audit related
activities i.e.
Development of Risk Based Internal Audit Plan after
consultation! with a// the HODS and Interna/Auditt effective {or
Audit Year 2024-26 after approval ot BoD.
ii Revaluation of HR strength required for internal audit
function.
IESCO intends to invite sealed proposal(s) from firm(s) duly
registerediauthorized by relevant regulatory body of Pakstan with
demonstrable and proven capability of undertaking, managing and
providing Internal Audit and Human Resource related activities to
submit sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) providing the following
information:-

profile/name (preferably powersector).
Chartered Accountant amongst the Top Three (3) Global
Accounting Firms.
Financial position of the firm.
Available registered Human Resource strength for relevant
assignment.
Copy of firm's Registration Certificate.
Performance certificate from the prevtous clients served.
Registration copy of N TN* GST, Income Tax (active tax payer)
etc.

Documents
The RFP procedure Will be based upon 'c log e stage, two envelop"
method as prescribed under PPRA

RFP Is rtqujred to be submitted to the undersigned on or before
25 06.2024 at II Hrs. Technical proposal shall be opened on same
day at Ä1':30 Hrs. Financial proposal shall remain unopened in custody
ofthe undersigned-Financial proposal shall be opened of those bidders
who successfully meet minimum passing technical score. Financial
proposal ofun-qualified firm(s) shall be returned un-opened.
Bids received after the Date and Time specified above shall not be
accepted.
IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals at any time
according to PPRA Rules 33(1)
