the Financial Institution Recovery of Finances) Ordinance XLVI Of 2001. You
are hereby summoned Xo btain leave 'from the Court within Ihirty days from the
service hereat to appear and defend the suit, and within such time to cuse an
appearance to be entered for you. In default whereof the plaintiff will be entitled at
any time after of such thirty days or Rs. 1,382-360/-UJS 9 OF THE
FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS (RECOVERY OF FINANCES) ORDINANCE, 2001.
Leave to appea may be obtained on an application to the Court in the torm ot
written statement showing that there is a defence ta the suit on merits, or that it is
reasonable thai you should be allowed to appear and defend the suit.
