The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Gove of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Dir now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for multiple Bids for the work "Reconstruction of Flood Affected Schools District Upper Dir." The time duration of each contract is 09-months. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" March 2018 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Dir and inspect the bidding docu ment during office hours (9 to 5:00 PM) Monday to Friday at the address given below. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of PKR 55,00/- for each Package.
