PCBDDA intends to hire a Service Provider to Secu/e the lease for CBO Quaid District Outdcxy Advertisement Mediums
from Punjab Central Business District Development Authority in order to optimize occupancy rates over a ten years
penod and to manage rental pricing and annualiocrements effectively.
Bids must be delivered to addressee'below on or before June 21, 2024* at 1100 Hours. All Bids must
accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to PKR in the form ofCDR / Bank Guarantee/ Demand Draft / Pay
Order in favor of Punjab Central Busines' District Development Authority. Late Bids shall be rejected Tie Bids will be
