Limited (the applicant) has applied under OGRAts Natural Gas (Licencing) Rules, 2002 for grant of license for Saie of Natural Gas / Flare Gas via Cojnprcssion, Storage, Transpo dation and Marketing oj CNG at Kabir X-It (Gambat South Concession) District Sanghar. The applicant intends to transpon 1.0-1.5 MMCFD of Natural Gas from Kabir X-I field in District Sanghar operated by Mts Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) to its consumer i.e. M/s Rafhan Maize Products, Kotri Industrial Area District, Jamshoro. The applicant further stated that the gas processing station including dehydration system and compressor station shall be installed at the field whereby the gas shall be conopressed to 200 bar and fill the Cylinder Cascade Trucks and transport to its consumer wherein a CMS equipped with heated reg ulators and mass flow meters shall be installed. After completion of the requisite data / information by the applicant, the Authority adliljtted the instant application for Public Coo lilients / Hearing under Rule 5 of the Ibid Rules. Therefore, all persons and patties who are likely to be affected by grant ot this license are hereby notified to file objections, writterl comments/suggestions and intervention requests addressed to Senior Registrar OGRA, describing the manner in which such persons/parties rrtay be affected by the grant of this licence and may also appear on the below mentioned scheduled Public Hearing. The intervention request shall be filed alongwith fee of Rs.500/- (bank draft) and affidavit verifying the contents of cot t nicati011 on or before the date of Public Hearing. Copies of the ments submitted by the applicant can be obtained on paylilellt of pr ibed charges of Rs.2/- per page from the office of Registrar or afi:de downloaded from OGRNs website.
