NOTICE INVITING TENDER
*aled tenders based on item rates / percentage rates above or below on approved estimate/
('DNIT) amount are hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the contractor/firns enlisted with
Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the cu financial year 2023-24 in ü•te relevant Category C-6 or above in
accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (with upto date amendments).
Tender documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation to bids in the
newspaper from any of the mentioned offices, upon written request; -
i) Chief Engineer, Buildings Department (Central Zone), I„ahore.
ii) Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore.
iii) Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2, Lahore,
i v) Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore Division Lahore.
v) Executive Engineer, Buildings Division GORs, Lahore.
vi) Assistant Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore.

The applications for purchase of tender shall be on the letter head of company with a copy of valid
CNIC of the contractor or authorized representative of üte firm with authokty.letter must accompanied wi2h
the following documents (mandatory requirements).

Valid registration of applicant (Company / Firm) with!EC in relevant category or above having
specialized codes such as CE09. CEIO etc. depending upon the type &.project.
