Description
This organization requires sealed tenders from interested/ capable G.S.T Holder Firms / Organizations/ Venders for following
items. List can be obtained from this Headquarters on cash payment of Rs. 3000.00 against each item:-

Bids may be submitted on the address (given below) in a SEALED ENVELOPE NAMED WITH CONFIDENTIAL for each
category latest by 21 Jun 2024 before 1100 hours. No tender will be accepted after cut down date and time. The bids
will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours in the presence of desirous bidders ortheir representatives.
All the proposals and prices shall remain valid Upto 30 June 2025 for the financial year 2024/2025 from the closing
date ofthe submission of the proposal/ tender.
All currency in the proposal shall be quoted in Pakistan Rupees (PKR).
The bidder is hereby informed that the Government shall deduct tax at the rate prescribed under the tax laws of
Pakistan, from all payments for services rendered by any vendorwho signs a contract with the Government.
The quoted price should include all the Government taxes.
The Bidders should clearly indicate the duration of delivery of equipment afterthe award of contract.
Only technical details without mentioning the financial aspect of the offer would be enclosed with essential literature /
brochure and financial/technical bids will be accepted on depositing ofthe required samples.
All publication, catalogues and technical manual will be supplied free of cost by the supplier at the request of HQ Anti
Narcotics Force.
Don't attach any condition with offer/ bid and don't represent any firm otherthan your own.
All prices may be quoted keeping in view of local market.
No column to be left blank in the quotations.
Proposals shall be delivered by hand or courier so as to reach the address given below before closing date and time.
PROPOSAL RECEIVED BY FAX OR EMAIL SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The successful bidderwill haveto supplythe itemsas per demanda •me line given by this office, failing which such
bidder shall under embargo for a period, which may be extendu on year and earnest money will be forfeited in
favour of HQ Anti Narcotics Force, Rawalpindi.
HQAnti Narcotics Force, Rawalpindi reserves the rightto rejectil! dsorproposalatanytime priortothe acceptance
of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upont:reåueSi communicate to any supplier or contractor who
submitted a bid or proposal, the ground for its rejec ion bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those
grounds.
A bid bond, in the shape ofa Bank Draft/ Pay Orde nßhe name of HQ Anti Narcotics Force, Rawalpindi amounting
to Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees one hundred thöu only) for each category (Refundable) should be submitted
along with tender as Security Deposit.

Samples / supplied stores will be tested from recognized laboratory (as and when required) and charges will be paid

Bidders are bound to providepriginal approved items (as approved advance sample) for FY 2023-24. In case of
provision of substandard alteinative item HQAnti Narcotics Force, Rawalpindi reserves the rightto returnthe same
item being substandard.

Registrption certificate of FBR for Active GST & Active NTN
Dru@License Certificate with number or Affiliation Cert of Registered of Pharmacy (For First Aid &
Dog Medicines)
—Detail of previous five years work (Experience Details)
Certificate on stamp paper that the firm/ contractor has not been blacklisted and there is no case of
litigation against firm/ contractor.
Complete Bank Statement of lastfinancial year (01 Jul 2023 to 10 Jun 2024)
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from concerned Office/ Institution where firm is working since last two
years, that the firm is suitable and there is no case pending with vendor/ contractor.
Note:
HQ Anti Narcotics Force, Rawalpindi will announce the results of bids evaluation in the form of a report giving
justification for acceptance or rejection of bids at leastten days priorto the award of procurement contract.
No financial /technical bids will be accepted after due date and time.
