List can be obtained from this Headquarters on cash payment of Rs. 3000.00 against each item:- a. b. c. d. f. h. k. m. Live Stock & Training Aids for Canine Centre Dogls Medicine Furniture Items Machinery, Plant and Equipments with repair Uniform Items/ Accessories/ Boot Printing of Materials Against Drugs abuse General Items Toners for Printers including Refilling Dog's Feed Stationery Items Arrangements of Tentage, Catering for Various Functions Against Drug Abuse General Terms & Conditions Bids may be submitted on the address (given below) in a SEALED ENVELOPE NAMED WITH CONFIDENTIAL for each category latest by 21 Jun 2024 before 1100 hours. No tender will be accepted after cut down date and time. The bids will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours in the presence of desirous bidders ortheir representatives. All the proposals and prices shall remain valid Upto 30 June 2025 for the financial year 2024/2025 from the closing date ofthe submission of the proposal/ tender. All currency in the proposal shall be quoted in Pakistan Rupees (PKR). The bidder is hereby informed that the Government shall deduct tax at the rate prescribed under the tax laws of Pakistan, from all payments for services rendered by any vendorwho signs a contract with the Government. The quoted price should include all the Government taxes. The Bidders should clearly indicate the duration of delivery of equipment afterthe award of contract. Only technical details without mentioning the financial aspect of the offer would be enclosed with essential literature / brochure and financial/technical bids will be accepted on depositing ofthe required samples. All publication, catalogues and technical manual will be supplied free of cost by the supplier at the request of HQ Anti Narcotics Force. Complete Bank Statement of lastfinancial year (01 Jul 2023 to 10 Jun 2024) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from concerned Office/ Institution where firm is working since last two years, that the firm is suitable and there is no case pending with vendor/ contractor. Note: HQ Anti Narcotics Force, Rawalpindi will announce the results of bids evaluation in the form of a report giving justification for acceptance or rejection of bids at leastten days priorto the award of procurement contract.
