WAPDA Hospital, Guddu invites sealed bids from the eligible Chemists/
Pharmacies possessing valid drug sell license for supply of Medicines,
Disposables/ Misc. items on daily basis through local purchase
slips issued by hospital to outdoor/ indoor patients of WAPDA
Hospital, Guddu fora Period ofone (01) year.
Interested & eligible Chemists/ Pharmacies registered with Income Tax &
Sales Tax department who are on Active Taxpayer List of FBR may get
the Bidding Documents at the address mentioned below on submission
of written application along with payment of non-refundable fee of
Rs. 2000/- during working days between 090Chrs to 1500 hrs upto
28-06-2024.
Bidding will be conducted through Single gge-Two Envelope bidding
procedure containing separately fina ci
nd technical proposal as per
PPRARule-2004.
Bids must be delivered to thea r s below at or before 1000 hrs on
