In case of absence of u ndesigned or sec retary ot the auction co mrnjfiee
trom head quarter due to un-avoidable circumstances same auction will
be held on next attempt at same time.
The competent authority reserves the rigl-fl to relett any one or all
received bids without assigning any reason thereof.
