ii. Issuance: Documents will be issued from 31-May, 2024 up to 21-June, 024, II AM
iii. Submission: Last date will be 12:00 noon 21st June, 2024
iv. Opening: Will be opened on 21st June, 2024 at 12:30 pm
Method of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE). (PEC Harmonized with GB PPRA Rules).

Under following conditions the bid will be rejected:-
l. Conditional and telegraphic bids / tenders.
ii. Bids not accompanied by bid security and form.
iii. Bids received after specified date and time.
lv. Bids of blacklisted firms.
v. Unsealed bids or wrongly marked bids (Technical and Financial),
The Tender Documents / RFP containing detailed terms and conditions, method of constructing /
supply procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation
criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. can be obtained from the
Office of AD GBDMA Gilgit Office at DC Office Gilgit.
Have experience in execution of at least 2x similar Projects.
If any member of the Procurement Committee remains out of District on date of opening of
tenders, the same will be opened on the next working day at the same time as mentioned above.
In case of any conflict, GB PPRA Rules 2022 shall be major rule having effect on all rules.
Rates quoted equal to 5% and below of the technical sanction (T S) shall be considered as
unworkable and rejected.
In case of JV agreement, proper format duly signed by all partners of JV clearly mentioning
share of each partner lead and associate partner duly attested by Magistrate 1st Class shall be
mandatory

The prospective eligiblQ idders may obtain bidding documents after payment of price of bidding
documents and bY@åbmitting a written application personally or through an authorized
representative with)ßuly attested copy of power of attorney. Power of attorney for bidding should
be in Rs. 100/- s amp paper in original mentioning the project name with employer stamp.
In case of fir
list of partners / partnership deed, giving full particulars of Director / Proprietor
or other con ected along with power of attorney or being sole proprietor such undertaking on
affidavit is to be furnished.
Undertaking on Rs. 100/- affidavit (original) of no sick project.
The proposals accompanied with bid security must reach in sealed envelopes by hand or through
registered mail to the Office of the Assistant Director GBDMA Gilgit at DC Office Gilgit
before closing date and time as above and be clearly marked "BIDDING APPLICATION" for
"Construction of Flood Protective Works at Haramush Valley."
The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to relevant provisions of
PPRA Rules, 2004 or update. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior
to the acceptance of a bid or proposal under Rule-33" of said Rules.
