INVITATION TO BID
Single Stage One Envelope Procedure)
Sealed tenders are invited on percentage rates basis (above or below the
estimated cost mentioned below) from the contractors, having valid registration
with Pakistan Engineering Council. Tenders can be purchased from the office of
the undersigned during office hours, on any working day up to
(closing date), on written request on the letter head of the Company/ Firm etc,
along with the following documents.
1. Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council upto 30-06-2024.
2. Documents alongwith CNIC showing the Company / Firm's name on the
Active Tax Payer's list displayed on the F3R website.
3, Non-Refundabletendercostmentioned against the work.
The bids in sealed envelope should be dropped in the tender box, in the office of
the undersigned on 21-06-2024 up to 11:00 a.m. The respective bids will be
opened on the same day at 11 a.m., in the presence of contractors or their
authorized representatives. Other terms and conditions can be seen in the
bidding documents.

Single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be adopted.
No tender will be sold / issued after the closing date.
In case of public holiday, the receipt and opening of tenders will be the next
working day.
No tenderwill be issued through email, whatsapp, courier, etc.
Bids security@5% (Five Percent) of bid price, in the form of Deposit at Call,
(CDR) in the name of Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division No.l
Pak PWD Lahore from company's / firm's account, from any scheduled bank
of Pakistan, should be attached along with the sealed bid, otherwise bid
will be rejected.
Notice inviting bid, is also available at PPRAs Website www.ppra.org.pk.
Under clause 33 (1) of Public Procurements Rules 2004, the undersigned
reserves the right to reject all bids
proposals, at any time, prior
to acceptance.
The submission of bids by the cpn or implies that he is fully conversant
with the site of work, scope ofyprtand all the terms & conditions, laid down
in the bidding documents.
Interested contractors / firn€having same nature of work in last three years
should not be less thanA-t40s.
