Office Accommodation should be commercial and situated in the main Area.
Preferably at Ground floor, in the shape of hall with separate store room along with separate
public and staff washrooms as per requirement.
Having independent entrance.
Security wise viable location and easily accessible by public transport.
Dedicated Electrical 3-Phase Meter/Connection along with separate transformer
Tap Water facility along with overhead tank & electric water pump.
Space required for installation of Heaw Duty Generator along with NOC.
Ramp for Disable Citizens and Roof top for satellite dish antenna installation.
Sufficient space for maintaining the public queue & sufficient parking area as required.
Tenancy for a longer period Minimum 10 years,

Quoted rate shall be inclusiveof+ll ovt applicable taxes.
No brokerage / service chargeSwiIl be paid in case of real estate agent.
Opening date/time of FinancialProposal will be informed to all successful bidders after
technical/ preliminary evaluation.
NADRA reserves the righ to reject all bids / proposals under PP Rule 2004 Clause 33 and can
cancel the bidding proces before acceptance of bid or proposal.
Bid can also be rejected if owner of selected building fails to produce acceptable
required/propertydoéuments.

Note: Interes parties / owners can collect the detailed bidding documents from below
mentioned address during office hours (except gazetted holidays}. The bids / proposals should
be submitted duly completed in all respects according to date/ time mentioned above
{under Single Stage —Two Envelope bidding procedure). The Envelopes shall be clearly marked as
Technical and Financial proposals. Technical bids I proposals will be opened on dates/ time
mentioned against each in presence of available bidders.
