NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDER
Sealed bids are invited on item rate basis by adopting single stage one envelop procedure
for the below mentioned work from the firms having valid registration with PEC (in C6
above) with valid Codes ME-06, EE-04, EE-II and having valid Electric License Of
Islamabad Region, The bid shall comprise separate technical and financial proposals as
per PPRA rule 36(a). Tender documents can be purchased upon written request from the
office of undersigned up to 20/06/2024.The application shall be submitted from legally
authorized representatives of the firms. The Application shall be accompanied with
affidavit of non-blacklisting/debarring or execution failure from any government
department, The firms shall also provide ownership documents i,e- sole proprietor/
partnership/private limited from relevant authorities (i.e. Other than PEC) without any
sub,judice or disputed Status.
The sealed bids shall be received on 21/06/2024 up to 2;OdPM and will be opened at 2:30
pm on same day Fixed bid security i.e. call deposit reiÅt (CDR) or irrecoverable bank
otherwise It shall be treated as
