Hospital Director Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar invites sealed bids under National Competitive
Bidding from reputed national and authorized agents of the following head, to meet the requirement of the
hospital, through Single Stage-two Envelope bidding procedure on FOR Basis as per Rule 14(2b)
(for serial # 01 to 07), Single Stage-one Envelope bidding procedure on FOR Basis as per Rule 6(2a)

The rates approved will remain effective till 30-06-2025,
Bidding documents can be obtained from Material Management Department Hayatabad Medical
Complex Peshawar in personal / representatives during office hours before the tender opening.
Original company prescribing letter pad sealed & si ned (Every Page) should be submitted in words
& figures.
Pre bid meeting will be held on 11-06-2024 ilÜhe conference of HMC, at 10:00am,
din the Conference of MTI-HMC, at 11:00 am.
Tender opening will be held on 24-06-2
Bids shall be delivered atthe address giy hélow before 11:00 am.
Any bids received late shall be rejected as per KPPRA rules (37-4).

During Selection of the above heads the firms shall bring the sample (Mandatory),
Those firm who have Pendency against Supply order to MTI/HMC, shall not be considerate as
eligible & shall be considered as non-responsive.
All the firm participating in bidding process with MTI/HMC shall submit i'lntegrity Pactu on judicial
stamp paper of Rs: 100/- given in the SBDs of MTI/HMC (Mandatory), failing which the firm shall
be considered non responsive.

Note: The competent Authority has the right to reject all bids under the rule 47 of the Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
