Sealed Bidsare invited from Bidders i.e. firms/ contractors
registered with relevant Registration Authoritiesand Tax
Departments/ Authorities (Income Tax & Punjab Sales Tax
etc) for HIRING OF VEHICLES FOR RURAL UNION COUNCILS
ALONG WITH OTHER SERVICES AND GOODS PURCHASE FOR
EID-UL.AZHA 2024. The Bids shall be received as per
Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Quotations will be
opened on '5/06/2024 at12:OOpm.
Bidding Document can be purchased by the interested Bidders
on the submission of a written application to the addressee
below and upon paymentofa non-refundable fee ofRSi 3,00W•
Bids must be submitted on or before15062024 atll :30am.All
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 3% of the
estimated price in the form of CDR!Bank Guarantee. Late Bids
shall be rejected. The Bids will be opened on the same day at
12:00 pm in the presence of the Bidders. representatives who

date According to PPRA Rules 2014 the Bidding Documents
are made •vailable in the office of the District Council
Jhelum and will be issued from first publication of
quotation notice in Newspapers PPRA Website till date i.e
15/06/2024 upto 10.00 AM to the interested bidders on
submission of written request on bidders letter head and
payment of Bid Document Price of Rs.3000/• Per Set (non
refundable).
