Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites Electronic Bids from the eligible firms/bidders in accordance with KPPRA

Bid documents including instruction to bidders and BOQ can be downloaded up to one day prior to the
opening date from C&W Web Site (www.cwd.gkp.pk).
A complete set of Bid Solicitation Documents may be obtained on submission of a written application
one day prior to the opening date from office of the undersigned otherwise bids submitted without
these documents will not be processed for post qualification.
The Contract will be awarded to the bidder under Section 28(e) of the KPPRAAct,2012 whose bid is
responsive and is determined as the best evaluated bid as defined in Section2(1) (C) (ii) of the Act ibid.
All Bidders are required to be Registered withd@he Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Revenue Authority,
Established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, finance act, 2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Act No.Xxi of
2013), forworks , consulting and Non-ConsuItingServices as listed in schedule-ii of the act ibid, with
Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)and PPRA.
All the bidders will have to submit CO om Scheduled Bank on Account of bidding entry fee (Not
Refundable) for each [email protected]%of Estimated Cost in hand alongwith technical bids without fail,
otherwise hisbidwillnotbeente inéd
The contractors quoting their bidSmore than 10% below and upto 20% below on Engineers' Estimate
shall submit along with their@i Additional Security of Engineer's Estimated cost in additional to
2% bid security. Ifthe bidiSö accompaniedwiththerequiredamountofadditional security then it will
be considered as non-respbnsive and the 2% bid security shall be forfeited in favour of Govemment
and the second lowest&idder and so on will be considered accordingly.
[Similarly. a contraclor quoting bid more than 20% below shall submit with his bid an additional
security on Engneer's Estimated Cost equal to the diffial amount of submitted bid and
Engineer's Estimate along with detailed rate analysis)xx. In case ofmore than 20% below bids, if the
bid is not accompanied by the detailed rate analysis and / or required amount of additional security,
then the said bid shall be considered as non-responsive. All the securities submitted along with such
non-responsive bid shall be forfeited in favour of Govemment and the 2nd lowest bidder and soon will
be considered accordingly.
The Procuring Entity will be declare those firms non-responsive those do not fulfill the terms and
conditions of the Procuring Entity set forth in the tender notice and bid solicitation documents.
The Scanned Copy of CDR shall also be up-loaded and also submit in hand form with the Technical
bid.
