OUTSOURCING OF MAMMOGRAPHY SERVICES IN PUNJAB UNDER
P&SH DEPARTMENT
Bid Reference No. PMU/OS/MGR-02/2023-24 Project Management Unit (PMU),

Primary & Secondary Healthcare DepartmentÅP&SHD) invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders regarding Outsourcing of Mammograph/ Services in Punjab under administrative
control of P&SH Department.
2, A complete set of Bidding Documen€containing detail regarding packages, terms &
conditions and scope of services is readily available and can be downloaded from the
websites ([email protected]) free Of cost. The bidder
is required to submit bid security, The amount of bid security is defined in bidding documents
which does not exceed 5% of the estimated price.
Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure,

as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The envelopes shall be marked as
"Financial Bid" and "Technical Biff in bold and legible letters in separate envelopes. A pre-bid
meeting will be held on 130' June, 2024 at 03:00 PM in the Committee Room of Project
Management Unit (PMU Minutes of pre-bid meeting will be uploaded on the website of
department.
Sealed Bids are required to be submitted by interested bidders on 26th June, 2024 till

11:00 AM in the Project Management Unit, 31/E4 Shahrah-e-lmam Hussain, Gulberg III,
Lahore. The Bids,received till the stipulated date and time shall be opened on same day at
11:30 AM in the-presence of the representative of the bidders who choose to attend, Late
bids shall not be entertained.
NQIE: The procurement shall be conducted as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014
amended .
