TENDER NOTICE
Police Training School Sargodha invites sealed tenders based on the Punjab
Procurement Rules, 2014 from well-reputed and financially sound firms having previous
experience as well as registered with income tax and sales tax department for the purchase of
dietary articles for the Mess of PTS Sargodha for the financial year 2024-2025, on the below
mentioned terms and conditions. The tenders be addressed to the Principal, Police Training
School, Sargodha and shall be received till i5.06.2024 before li am and shall be opened
at 12:00 noon on the same day at PTS Sargodha in presence of bidders. The tender notice is
also available on the PPRA's (http://ppra.Punjab.gov.pk).
The interested firms are informed to collect the details of Diet Articles and bidding

documents against a written request from the office of the Principal, PTS, Sargodha on any
working day during office hours after publication in newspaper upto 14-06.2024 till 03:00 PM.
Tender Document fee at Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) will be charged. The offers shall be accepted
only with original bidding documents. Photocopies shall not be accepted
3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Each bid shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes as under:
1) TECHNICAL PROPOSAL (Detail of specification, make, country etc. on the firm's
letterhead along with catalogue, bidding documents, earnest money for respective items
along with sample of dietary items).
2) FINANCIAL PROPOSAL (Rate of respective item including all taxes/charges whatsoever
as per form available in bid documents on the firm's letterhead).
The envelopes should be marked in bold letter as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial
Proposal", respectively.

Technical Proposals will be opened on 15.062024 at 12:00 noon while Financial Proposals
shall remain (in sealed form) in the custo the PTS Sargodha and would be opened in
presence of bidders. The technically qu91i ed/evaluated lowest bid would be accepted. The
financial proposal of bids found techni all unacceptable shall be returned unopened to the
respective bidders.
The bidders shall submit Bid Secyrhy05% of the total estimate with their technical proposals

The manufacturers/supp iers must submit documentary evidence that the firm has capability/
capacity to manufactülie/supply the items being tendered. Stockests/agents or dealers of a
manufacturer/supplier must provide authorization certificate from the manufacturer/supplier
that he undertakes o manufacture/supply the said store on their firm's behalf.
The diet artiq!e hall be received in Police Training School, Sargodha Mess Stores. No other
destination shall be acceptable. Diet articles found not according to the standard specifications
will be rejected at the cost of the contractor and will also result jn the forfeiture of security and
blacklisting of the firm.
Rate quoted would be considered only if the same are in Pak Rupees and inclusive of all taxes /
duties/charges and inclusive of packing/freight till delivery at Police Training School Mess
Store and shall be valid upto 30.06.2025.
Supply shall be provided on daily basis.
The authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals as per PPRA Rules 2014.
