having vald license / certification of PEC in CA or above wilh specialization code i.e. CE-IO, along-with minimum 03 years of
experience In similar nature Services in the relevant field in large organizations and financially sound firms. The firms i contractors
/JVs must have valid registration of EOBI, PESSI, FBR & SECP epartments and professional tax certificate, The contract period
