NOTICE FOR INVITING TENDER
Sealed bids are invited on Item rate basis for the below mentioned work from the firms having
valid PEC registration in C-6 or above. provided the licensee fulfills all qualification
requirements prescribed herein and PEC byelaws on single stage one envelope procedure as
per PPRA rule 36(a). Tender documents can be purchased upon written request from the office
of undersigned up to 14/06/2024. The application shall be submitted through legally
authorized representatives of the firms.
The sealed bids shall be received on 20/06/2024 up to 02:00 pm and will be opened at 02:30
pm on same day. Fixed bid security i.e. call deposit receipt (CDN) or irrecoverable bank
guarantee shall be provided with the technical proposal otherwise it shall be treated as
nan-responsive. Procuring agency reserve the right to accept or reject all bids or proposal at
any time prior to acceptance of bidiproposal as per PPRA Rule 330),
Technical proposal shall comprise documents given in eligibility criteria of tender documents.
Evaluation committee will determine responsiveness of each technical bid. The financial bids
of only responsive bidders will be considered and announced.
