1. Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites bids for the
Procurement of 2 + 2 New Built Aframax / LR-2 tanker vessels
alonq with financinq arranqement as per Public Procurement
Rules, 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement
Guidelines or instructions issued by the Authority (from time to
time), and is open to all potential bidders.
2. Bidding Documents, may be obtained free of cost from the address
stated below from Monday to Friday during office hours 09:30 am to
04:30 pm (PKT) or can be downloaded from PNSC website
www.pnsc.com.pk until 08th July. 2024. This advertisement is also
available on PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk
3. The original bid properly filled in and enclosed in E-mail must be
