For Procurement of Services of an Event Management Firm/Company
for various trainings in three districts of
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Peshawar, Nowshera and Haripur)

The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences) is an autonomd'åébody established under the auspices of the
Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Institute of ManagemehtSCiences (IMSciences) is a leading educational
institute in the country and has been ranked as one ofthe best usineésschoolsin Pakistan.
Sealed bids are invited from well-established parties the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa RevenueAuthority and
Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the Procuremep@fs9/lces of an Event Management Firm/Company for the
project "Improved Access to Services Through Analogye and Digital Participation in Local Governance, Health and
Education," implemented by the Human Resource Development Center at IMSciences, Peshawar. Bidders must be
registered in the relevant business category.
Tender documents containing bidding proce , erms & conditions, scope of work and other specifications can be
obtained from the office of the undersig e uring office hours by submitting a written request on company/
firm letterhead.
Sealed bids should be submitted on
efore June 19, 2024, at 11 AM, along with an earnest@of 2% ofthe total
bid cost in the form ofa Call De osit eceipt (CDR)/Bank Draft in favor of the Institute of Management Sciences,
Peshawar.
Bids will be opened on Jun 19, 2024, at 12:00 PMt in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized
representatives, ifany,' höHRDC office, InstituteofManagementSciences (IMSciences), I-A, Sector E-5, Phase-
VII, Hayatabad, Peshaw ,atthestipulated time.
The pre-bid meetin will be held on June 11, 2024, at 11:45 AM, at HRDC-lMSciences, Peshawar.

entertained at the time of bid opening.
